Absolutely beautiful woman inside and out! She genuinely has a nature to help. And I love that about her she make sure that she you are doing what you’re supposed to do your form is good she make sure that you are staying consistent on your food plan she educate you as you go on so you know the dues and don’ts of this journey of being healthy it’s just not a job for her it’s her passion and I’m grateful that I met her let’s go
